The complex, built by SuperCool Asia Pacific, will house the Asia Pacific headquarters of several associated companies. The test facilities, comprising climate controlled rooms and an environmental testing booth believed to be the largest in Australia for refrigerated trailers and trucks, coaches and heavy equipment, has already triggered interest from original equipment manufacturers from Europe and Asia Pacific. The new Ormeau headquarters for the group of companies will be a model of efficiency, with an open plan feel, and well laid out parts distribution warehouse.
